★★★★★I think the new store is beautiful, and I congratulate you. However, I want to get something off my chest. To me, you let customers down in two ways. Your fruit and veg are substandard. I recently brought a bag of seven bananas and next, had to throw every single one away, all were bruised and rotten inside.
Second your staff are not well trained, which the contrast with shops such as Spar makes painfully obvious. They are not friendly, they don't trouble to look at you and greet you, and they are SLOW.
