★★★★★I was disappointed by the dishonesty of the owners/workers with regards to a faulty product of theirs. I bought a guitar, or rather a fixer-upper of a guitar and I was told upon asking what would happen if I encountered a problem with the product, they mentioned that I could simply return it and get something of equal value (as they do not do cash refunds). I attempted to do so because their guitar's overall structure was heading to complete failure as its bridge was screwed down poorly (a bridge shouldn't have screws in general) and bathed in some glue (which should not be case) by either them or the previous owner thus affecting the sound quality and tension in the strings (leading to breakage). Anytime you would play it, the bridge would rise ever so slightly. I was told that I tampered with the guitar, attempting to fix it, they knew very well that wasn't true and the time frame I bought it was a month ago, they knew that wasn't true either because I bought it on the 10th of February, so there was nothing they could do. The shear lack of integrity and principle is what continues bother me about the people of this business, if you do buy anything from them, do so at your own risk because they simply do not care if any fault is on their back.
