One Percent Accounting and Auditing

One Percent Accounting (1% Accounting) is an online accounting practice for South African small businesses, working on Xero. One monthly fee of 1% of business turnover covers bookkeeping, VAT calculations and submissions to SARS with an annual VAT reconciliation, payroll for up to 10 employees, provisional and annual income tax returns, and annual financial statements. The minimum fee is R79 per month excl. VAT. We also handle company registrations, CIPC annual returns, and SARS registrations for VAT and PAYE. We work with (Pty) Ltd companies, close corporations and sole proprietors. Everything runs online, with meetings by video, so we work with small businesses in Pretoria, Johannesburg, Sandton, Cape Town, Durban and every other province of South Africa.
