★★★★★Subject: Poor Service Experience – Checkers Emporium Dear Store Manager / Customer Services, I wish to formally raise a concern regarding the service I received at Checkers Emporium. I stood in the queue for a considerable period while being assisted by a cashier who appeared to be new and inadequately supported. She struggled with the transaction and required assistance on multiple occasions. During this time: The packer incorrectly packed items despite me clearly advising what should be placed in my bag. The cashier and packer were conversing amongst themselves instead of focusing on completing the transaction efficiently. Two managers were called to assist the cashier with errors on the sale. When I attempted to address my concerns with the managers present, I felt dismissed and not acknowledged. As a customer, I expect: Adequate training and supervision of new staff. Professional conduct at the till point. Managers to engage respectfully when approached. I would appreciate feedback on how this matter will be addressed to prevent similar experiences in future.
