★★★★★i was there today , i had a bad exprience. my phone was stolen and i wanted to come for a sim swap. the guy helped at the front and i was in n panic and nervous. instead of giving me time he helped me as if he wasn,t in the mood to help me. When i had to give him the few numbers that i maybe have called in a few months he rushed me and some of the numbers was wrong instead of telling me to take my time and think because i didn't have a phone to or sure of all the number he told me this is my last chance. I gave the last number then he told me no its over, its block now and called the next customer to come. I am not from Cape Town stay very far and took and money and wasn't helped properly.
