I went there on Saturday, just to be told that they cannot help me, as they do not have a staff member to confirm my identity. I need to apply for duplicate registration papers for my vehicle. I then asked to speak to a supervisor or manager - to be told they not working on Saturdays. Then I was shocked - and the one guy said they will TRY and assist me, just to be told that they cannot do it, because of MY ATTITITUDE - 10 minutes later.
They told me that I cannot tell them what to do, as I am not their boss.!
They told me to go back on Monday.
I went there today,(Monday) just to be told the guy is not there today.
And no supervisor and no manager - and no telephone number to contact them!
The staff address you lying backwards in their chairs - not even looking at you!
I am disgusted!
